From Governor To Potential Senator

Governor Rick Scott is planning on challenging incumbent Senator Bill Nelson for his Senate seat which he has held since 2001. In an attempt to increase his own appeal, Rick Scott has started bashing career politicians and supporting term limits in an attempt to paint Bill Nelson as just that. According to his campaign, he has raised $3,200,000 in three weeks matching incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson’s best three-month total. If I had to predict this I would say that Bill Nelson will retain that seat because Rick Scott is not really popular in Florida with an abysmal 27% approval rating. Nonetheless here is the link to his campaign ad which will play statewide which is the second this month.
