Hotel Hell (Hotel Attacked in Kabul)

In Afghanistan, an attack occurred this week that lasted for over 12 hours and resulted in 18 causalities (14 of which were foreign victims) at the Intercontinental Hotel in Kabul and was committed by the Taliban. Some of the countries where the victims came from are Ukraine, Greece, Germany and Kazakhstan. Just for a heads up, this is not the first time this hotel has been attacked. If you’ve been following the Afghanistan war, then you know that this hotel was attacked in 2011 also. This attack will be one of many as NATO gears up for more major fighting this year.
