The Honduran election of November 26, 2017, left the country in shambles. Of 10 parties participating, the dispute between the two strongest -- the National Party and the Alliance, lead to a violent conflict among the general populace, because of the failure of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) to come out and give the official results.
The silence of the TSE gave rise to the suspicion that fraud is being forged in the office of president Juan Orlando Hernández whose National Party is believed to have been officially defeated by the supporters of the Alliance.
That drew the supporters of “Alianza” out to protest and riot, which is said to have been met with violence from the militants affiliated with “Partido Nacional“.
