There is a very weird story involving Rand Paul. Apparently he was tackled in front of his house over a landscaping dispute,however his neighbors are disputing this. During the altercation he suffered 6 broken ribs and excess fluid in his lungs. One neighbor who saw Rand Paul said he had trouble breathing and talking. The neighbor who attacked him is named Rene Boucher and has pleaded not guilty. The reason I find this strange is I’m trying to figure out how fast this guy had to be running to tackle him and cause these types of injuries? You would think he was tackled by a Defensive Tackle weighing 370 pounds. Another thing I find surprising is why he didn't have security? So you mean to tell me you can walk up to a congress reps houses just like that? I think it sets a bad precedent to those who may want to do harm against elected officials. However,Rand Paul is looking forward to a speedy recovery so he can head back to capitol hill and join his Republican brethren in giving more tax breaks to the wealthy.
