The Shattering of The Democratic Party

If there were any doubts about the DNC not being corrupted, those doubts have been shattered by the bombshell book “Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns that Put Donald Trump in the White House” put out by Donna Brazile. Juicy details about how the DNC was controlled by Clinton supporters way before the primary was called, including a joint fundraiser campaign and veto powers on hired people. Donna called the Clinton camp a cult and seriously thought about replacing her as the nominee when she collapsed on the campaign trail last year.
To the progressive wing of the party this bombshell is not really a bombshell at all because they already saw the corruption during the primary. Me personally, I already wrote an article about the problems with the DNC and how there needs to be an influx of new leadership and a move towards the left instead of center right. That was in March and we come to find out that the new chairman Tom Perez purged any Berniecrats from party leadership which shows that they haven’t learned anything from the 2016 election. The only thing we can hope for is decisive wins in the 2018 elections for Justice Democrats and other progressive candidates so we can start implementing real change.
