The Beast From Uzbekistan

This story is still pretty fresh so details are scarce but a guy named Sayfullo Saipov drove a truck into a crowd of people killing 8 and injuring dozens before being shot and taken into custody in the New York City Borough of Manhattan. We have some information as of now that he’s from Uzbekistan traveling to America in 2010 and since that time had acquired a permanent resident card and has lived in Tampa, FL. There is currently no evidence that this attack was anything more than an ISIS inspired attack and no connections to wider terrorist networks have been found at the moment. ISIS has instructed their followers to use vehicles as weapons to harm others and we have seen this happen elsewhere. This is a developing story so we will be finding out more.
