Another Mosque Attack

SIS even though heavily damaged in Afghanistan has mowed down 20 shiite mosque worshippers and wounded dozens more. Two militants threw grenades at security guards before entering the mosque and shooting whatever moved. This is not the first time that ISIS has conducted these types of attacks. What’s interesting is that while the Taliban is very cautious about killing civilians, ISIS has no qualms about targeting innocent people and does not apologize. Even as they take many losses in the East of the country, it's worth noting that they still have the ability to cause havoc in the capital.
