Told Ya So! Chinese Intervention in North Korea is a Dud

“I am very disappointed in China. Our foolish past leaders have allowed them to make hundreds of billions of dollars a year in trade, yet... ...they do NOTHING for us with North Korea, just talk. We will no longer allow this to continue. China could easily solve this problem!” -Trump July 29th 2017
That’s three separate tweets from Trump on China dealing with North Korea and the transition from love to hate. But I'm not surprised and if you've been following along you should of also known China wasn’t going to really do anything. Let’s recap from my previous article on North Korea. I said “And what about China you may ask? Well there are reports of them helping us in pressuring the North Koreans however there’s a catch that no one is bringing up. We’ve cooperated with the Chinese before previously during the Obama administration. Personally I remain skeptical that China will help because if war breaks out and Pyongyang falls millions of refugees will flood into China and South Korea takes over the north thus increasing U.S. influence in the region. You honestly think China wants that? I don’t think so.” And now we read about the recent successful ICBM test by the North Koreans prompting U.S. Bombers to stage a show of force over the Korean Peninsula. China like I said in the previous article will not go against North Korea the way we want them to so any type of response to North Korea will not involve China.
