Here we have another veteran of Al Qaeda and another “star” of the 1998 embassy bombings just like his partner in crime Saif Al Adel. He’s also on the FBI's Most Wanted list and met with Osama bin Laden back in the day since he along with Saif were a part of the original crew. He is a top financial expert and they both are considered Al-Qaeda's most experienced operations planners. It’s said that he along with others were under house arrest in Iran and then released in exchanged of an Iranian diplomat in Yemen held by Al-Qaeda. According to reports he along with Saif al-Adel and Abu Khayr al-Masri fled to Syria after being released. We do know Khayr was killed and I reported on that a while back so that gives some credence to the reports that he continues to work on behalf of Osama’s vision.
