~Higher Brothers have been a rising (no pun intended) rap group I have been watching out for ever since 88 rising (see why I said no pun intended) debut one of their music videos. Higher Brothers who gladly carry their Chinese heritage and culture on their back continue to add to the ever changing and expanding landscape of what rap music sounds like and who performs It. Their Black Cab album which dropped at the beginning of this week Is reminiscent of the sounds found In everyone's current favorite rap duo Rae Sremmurd's many bangers. They also have a little mumble rap influence to add a little more flavor to this banger of an Album. As far as features go Higher Brothers made sure to sprinkle a few well placed ones from artist such as Keith Ape, Famous Dex, Jay Park, Ken Rebel, and Jay Mag to make the songs and the album hit just that much harder. Overall Higher Brothers debut album Is definitely a solid one with some good production, high energy deliver, and rap ability that shows they're dedicated to making bangers and aren't a simple a gimmick group trying to ride a wave. So do yourself a favor and checkout the debut album from Higher Brothers and be sure to voice how you feel about It In the comment section below. Like always keep It Locked right here to the FiendFix.
