Ibrahim Qosi who is Sudanese was trained in terror camps in Afghanistan during the 1990’s and was eventually captured in 2001 by the Pakistanis as he and other Al-Qaeda members tried to escape Tora Bora during the U.S. invasion. After he was handed over to the United States, his new home would be Gitmo aka Guantanamo bay. He had a personal relationship with Osama bin Laden and served as a trusted courier and apart of his secretive elite security detail. It is also thought he funneled funds to terrorist cells as well. In 2010 he pleaded guilty in court and was sent to his home country two years later. Unfortunately he resurfaced in Yemen in 2014 as a leader and spokesman for Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula. It seems Mr. Qosi is back to his old tricks again.
